Andres Oliva is GEA’s project coordinator in Guatemala overseeing much of GEA’s procurement processes . Born in Chicago, Illinois but currently resides in Guatemala City where Andres is pursuing Bachelors Degree in Computer Science at the Universidad Del Valle de Guatemala. He just recently coordinated the launch of a brand new computer lab in El Camaron High School. Andres has dedicated himself to work towards paving the way for a brighter future for children by taking a stand against illiteracy in Guatemala. Accompanied by his mother, Andres recently visited a rural town in Acul, Quichein to distribute food and clothes to local Guatemalan youth.
