Maya Ormbsy, MBA, MS, MIM, is a seasoned professional with more than 20 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry and healthcare advocacy, which includes strategic planning, business development, project implementation, communications, marketing, pharmaceutical product launch and commercialization. Maya is a faculty member for the Supervisor Ready leadership training program for Veterans Health Administration employees, as well as a subject matter expert/lecturer at Georgetown and George Mason Universities. In addition to a successful professional career, Maya has extensive experience in the governance of non-profit organizations serving as a past Board Chair for a successful nonprofit dedicated to assisting refugees in learning critical languages and professional skills using virtual communication technologies.
